Job Description

The inside sales individual is required to meet specific call objectives in order to create opportunities for the account executives.  In this role, you will have significant interaction across multiple channels and will work closely with other members of MultiCorpora’s Sales and Marketing teams as well as its partners. It is expected that you will learn MultiTrans (our flagship product) and how it can be applied to meet customer needs in order be able to speak in terms of value based, solution selling points.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Generate new sales leads for account executives through cold calling and campaign execution - find new accounts to achieve corporate revenue goals
  • Work closely with Sales team to sustain an excellent level of service by conducting initial and follow-up calls to potential customers and trade show leads
  • Speak articulately on the phone and be able to build good rapport with contacts
  • Manage call activity with daily CRM usage
  • Respond, in a timely manner, to information requests from customers and prospects
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of MultiCorpora's Language Management products and services, industry trends, and competition
  • Provide feedback to key stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Only highly self-motivated, passionate and dynamic individuals need apply
  • Cold calling is an important part of this position.  Candidate must be comfortable calling and must exude confidence.
  • Excellent lead qualification and lead generation skills
  • Bilingual in English and French (an asset but not a prerequisite)
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior-level technical and business decision makers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce CRM experience an asset
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated “people” skills and exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
